We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and updated on the website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

Warranty Disclaimer

TruePunt provides all services and games "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy of content or uninterrupted service. We may limit access due to misuse or system compromise. TruePunt is not liable for potential winnings lost due to technical issues.

Use of Software

The platform is for personal entertainment only. Reverse engineering, bots, scripts, or any unauthorized tools are prohibited. All actions must be done by users via the interface directly.

Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for keeping their credentials secure. TruePunt is not liable for unauthorized access caused by compromised passwords.

Eligibility and Jurisdiction

• Users must be 18 years or older
• Reside in India (excluding restricted states)
• Complete registration and provide a valid email address

Users from Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, and Sikkim cannot participate in paid contests.

Breach of Terms

• Access to games may be restricted
• Accounts may be suspended
• Funds may be withheld
• Legal action may be taken

TruePunt reserves the right to take appropriate action. All decisions are final and binding.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Jurisdiction lies with courts in New Delhi.

Content & Third Parties

All content is protected under intellectual property laws. We are not responsible for third-party content or links on external sites.

Contest Formats

Public Contests: Open to all users until slots are filled. Cancelled and refunded if slots aren't filled.

Private Contests: Created by users and shared via invite code. If minimum entries aren't met, users can convert it to public or receive refunds.

Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify TruePunt from any claims, damages, or losses due to misuse, third-party actions, technical errors, or breaches of terms.

Refund Policy

All deposits are final. Refunds are only offered for proven transaction errors or cancelled contests. Refund requests must be made within 3 days. TruePunt may decline any request at its discretion.

Legality

TruePunt offers only skill-based fantasy sports in compliance with Indian law. As per Supreme Court rulings and the Public Gambling Act, 1867, skill games are legal. Participation is restricted from select states as per local laws.

Bonus & Promotions

Bonuses are non-withdrawable and may have expiry or usage restrictions. Promotional winnings may be usable only in certain contests.

Final Decision

All decisions by TruePunt management regarding contests, users, or disputes are final and binding.
